Dr. Anisha Patel​

Dr. Anisha Patel is the founder and solo dentist of Village Family Dentistry, where she’s built a practice around the belief that great dental care starts with genuinely getting to know your patients.

Dr. Patel’s path to dentistry began at the University of Virginia, where she earned her undergraduate degree in 2005. She went on to complete a Master’s degree in Physiology at the Medical College of Virginia in 2007, deepening her understanding of the body’s systems before pursuing dentistry itself. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry in 2012.

In 2017, Dr. Patel opened Village Family Dentistry as a solo private practice in Glen Allen, with a simple goal: to provide the kind of unhurried, personalized dental care that treats every patient like family. She takes the time to explain treatment options clearly, answer questions fully, and build long-term relationships with patients of all ages — from a child’s first cleaning to a grandparent’s dentures.

Dr. Patel is committed to staying current with advances in dental technology and technique, and she brings that same attention to detail to every patient she treats, whether it’s a routine cleaning or a more involved restorative or cosmetic procedure.
